Diane C. Reis, MD
I am a board-certified psychiatrist with over ten years of experience working with patients across life stages and with a variety of needs and concerns. I have practiced in multiple settings, including caring for some of the most medically and psychiatrically complex patients in the state while training medical students and residents.

Prior work allows me to draw from a wealth of experience in caring for patients with cancers, neurologic disorders, traumatic brain injuries, autoimmune diseases, and more, as well as many medically healthy individuals struggling with complex psychiatric symptoms. I have also cared for NCAA athletes, accomplished professionals, students, and community leaders.

I feel honored, both personally and professionally, to witness the impact of quality psychiatric care on individuals and families and hope that you will choose Rising Tide Psychiatry for your mental health needs.
What will Dr. Reis do for YOU?
Understand your experience of your mental health symptoms and how those symptoms fit within the broader narrative and context of your life.

Formulate diagnoses based on this while maintaining curiosity and openness to changes and new information.

Offer treatment recommendations based on that formulation and to help you understand not just what I am recommending but the evidence and rationale supporting those recommendations.

Collaborate with you to assess and monitor the efficacy of treatment and its impact on your life, and with other medical and mental health professionals involved in your care.

Recognize situations in which the resources at our disposal are insufficient and we need to seek a higher level of care such as inpatient or IOP, or other somatic interventions such as ECT or TMS.
